Spring 2022 Building Association Meeting

The Building Association held its semi-annual general meeting fully virtually via Zoom on 4/24/2022, with 23 Brothers in attendance.

New Business

  • Approved: Meeting minutes from the Fall ’21 General Meeting

Meeting Highlights

  • The Graduate Budget and Undergraduate budgets for the next fiscal year were presented, but a vote was not taken on them
  • The Snyder House Downstairs Bathroom project has been completed
  • There was a renewed interest in possible future fundraising efforts arising out of several discussions
  • RPI will have a new president starting 7/1, Martin A. Schmidt. We welcome him to the RPI community
  • Some plans for the Delta Phi 75th Anniversary in the Fall of 2023 was discussed. If you are interested in helping with the planning, please contact the Rensselaer Crows Alumni Foundation (RCAF)

Grad Weekend Fall 2022

  • The dates for Grad Weekend 2022 have been tentatively set for October 22-23, 2022
    • At this time, we are hoping to be able to have both in-person and virtual events
  • The Fall 2022 General Meeting has been tentatively set for October 23, 2022, at 10:30 AM ET in the Front House Dining Room
