Spring 2025 Building Association Meeting

The Building Association held its semi-annual general meeting both in Front House and via Teams on 3/30/2025.

New Business

  • Approved: Proposed Bylaw Changes
    • An action was taken to pull the definitions of ‘Resident Brother’ and ‘Graduate Brother’ directly into the bylaws instead of deferring to the AXP National Bylaws

Meeting Highlights

  • The Graduate Budget and Undergraduate budgets for the next fiscal year were presented, but a vote was not taken on them
  • Water damage from back bath is expected to be covered by insuance with a deductible
  • A meeting is to be setup to discuss fundraising discussions in concert with the RCAF

Future Meetings

  • The next monthly meeting of the Board of Directors was set to 04/23/2025, and will be hosted online.
  • The date for Fall 2025 General Meeting has not been set yet.
